Appointment Information

Cancellation policy

Our clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your appointment, unless circumstances are extenuating.

No Show policy

At Avivo patient care is our top priority. Our waitlist is extensive and we want to be able to see patients as quickly as possible. Please note that if you do not show for an appointment your GP will be notified and you will be moved to to the back of the waitlist. In addition, in order to re-book your appointment you will need to pay the no-show fee ($150 for initial visit, $75 for follow-up).

Late arrival policy

Please be advised that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will not be seen and will be rescheduled for the next available appointment.
